What Warranty Includes
Protect America offers its clients a full lifetime warranty, which covers the home monitoring security system equipment for as long as you are a customer- no catches, no unexpected monthly fees, no problem. This warranty is simply included and comes at no extra change. Also, in case of defective parts, Protect America will ship any of the new home security monitoring equipment to you- free of charge! This way, your house is always protected, all at a low price.
ADT only offers an Extended Limited Warranty. The Extended Limited Warranty only protects clients against the cost of unexpected service calls on home security system. However, many warranty exclusions apply, and the warranty excludes services not performed during normal working hours, accidental damage, Acts of God, and many other events.
Broadview offers their “Residential Security System Extended Service Plan” in addition to their standard 90-day free repair service. For $6 a month, clients can receive coverage for all additional residential alarm system equipment trip charges, most labor charges, and after-hours residential repair. However, clients have to be sure to opt in to this and be willing to spend more money.

Protect American offers a Low Price guarantee for the current Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages. Protect America prides itself on having the lowest price available online for GE wireless home security systems. In fact, if you find a comparable system for lower price, Protect America will match the amount.
ADT offers three guarantees including a Money Back Service Guarantee, the Theft Protection Guarantee, and a Mover’s Security Guarantee. However, many of these guarantees have a lot of fine print and are only applicable in certain situations.
