Ottumwa Home Security
Ottumwa is the county seat of Wapello County, located in the southeastern part of Iowa. It is split in half by the Des Moines River and is listed as the Video Game Capital of the World. The first Video game Olympics were held in the city of Ottumwa in 1982.
